First United Methodist Church, is located in historic downtown Charlottesville, VA. We're 2 blocks north of the downtown walking mall, and across the street from Robert E. Lee park. Our address is 101 E. Jefferson Street—the corner of Jefferson and 1st Street. The handicapped entrance is located on First Street, halfway up the block. (Once renovation is completed, other handicap entrances will be available.)

Though street spaces around First UMC often fill up early, we've secured plenty of reserved spots—over 336—for Sunday morning in lots all located within a short four-block walk of the church. The spaces closest to the church (Queen Charlotte Square) are reserved for visitors, handicapped, expectant mothers, families with children age 2 and under, and on-call emergency personnel (fire, rescue, police.)

Group 4 : Enter from High Street, Sixth Street, Maple Street or Seventh Street East of Park Street - 82 Spaces
